Christina (Tina) Hardy ACMT
I have always been passionate about the complex way that our human bodies work, fascinated with health, fitness and the biopsychosocial approach to helping people's wellbeing and the power of human touch.
As well as training in the Jing Method for Chronic Pain conditions I am also qualified in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Holistic Massage. I am a life long learner always wanting to know more, soak up knowledge and learn new skills so I will be adding to my learning whenever I can.
