By booking a clinical massage appointment , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact me if you have any questions or concerns.


Cancellations & Rescheduling: 
I understand that life plans can change. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a £20 room fee.

Late arrival:
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that I stay on time for my next client. Your treatment will be shorter as a result, but the full fee still applies.


Session Timing:
Each appointment includes time for consultation, dressing, and undressing. This ensures the treatment is tailored to your needs and fits comfortably within your allocated time.


Payment Terms: 
Your payment is due on the day of your treatment. Payment details will be given at your first treatment and are available on request. 


Informed consent form and GDPR:
At your first appointment I will ask you to read and sign an informed consent form.
Please take time to read this and feel free to ask any questions about the treatment.
